If they ask you to pay some kind of fees you just have to do it. Your refuse will lead to the simple fact that they won’t handle you that fishing license for New York. The payment that you might need to offer them depends on the type of license and the priorities that you will be given. The time-frame (period) also matters a lot because it’s impossible that they set the same price for a monthly subscription and for a yearly one. Usually, this NY Environment Conserving department will offer you a license for all other type of hunting and sporting activities.
